Blinds are great, easy to install, high quality. Wrong installation instructions sent. Only 2 of the 3 brackets sent. Customer support rep fixed both problems quickly.

We ordered these shades for 5 windows over a year ago. We were so impressed with the ease of ordering, quality of shades, fast delivery, and overall customer service, we decided to order the remaining 8 that we needed in other rooms a few weeks ago. Once again, we are impressed. Highly recommend Blind Chalet to anyone wanting to purchase cell shades. The ability to receive free samples to make sure of color choice and quality, is an added plus. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
